Quality Person-Centered Services

For over 50 years, Community Mental Healthcare has provided high-quality, person-centered health services to Tuscarawas and Carroll counties.

CMH offers comprehensive behavioral health services including individual and group counseling, psychiatry, substance abuse treatment, 24/7 crisis intervention, case management, day-treatment, and school-based counseling.

In 2015, CMH opened Community Family Health Center. In doing so, CMH added primary care and dental care services. This also made CMH the area's only healthcare provider to offer a unique holistic approach to healthcare.

Community Mental Healthcare and Community Family Health Center both accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances. A sliding-fee scale also is available for all services.

Accessible and Affordable Care

Access to services is a priority at Community Mental Healthcare. With three convenient locations in Dover, New Philadelphia and Carrollton, we are only a telephone call away.
