With over 45 years of experience, Community Mental Healthcare is the community’s largest provider of comprehensive quality mental health, primary care, substance abuse  and crisis services in Tuscarawas and Carroll counties. A competent, compassionate and experienced staff is available to offer professional help for anyone struggling. We provide adult and child services including individual and group counseling, psychiatric care, crisis services, substance abuse treatment, case management and school-based counseling. We focus on the individual and work as a team to offer help and hope to those who are struggling.

Accessible and Affordable Care

Access to services is a priority at Community Mental Healthcare. With three convenient locations in Dover, New Philadelphia and Carrollton, we are only a telephone call away.

We work closely with the local ADAMHS Board, community partners and foundations to ensure we are able to provide affordable service to those who need it. In addition to private insurance, we also accept Medicaid/Medicare and offer a sliding fee scale for your convenience.
